Rules and Conditions: 

1. ITEM CONDITIONS & PREVIEWS 

 

We strive to be extremely transparent with the condition every item is in. Everything in the auction is sold as is where is. 

The condition of the item should come as no surprise as we will disclose any flaws to the best of our knowledge. We encourage all bidders to come preview the items up for auction during appointed times available to you on the "contact us" page. 

2. PAYMENTS 

 

Everything must be paid in full, we do not accept business or personal checks. We take all major credit cards, debit cards and cash. No purchases will be released or removed from site until the invoice is paid in full.  

3. SHIPPING 

We are happy to offer shipping for the cost of actual shipping plus a handling and packaging fee. In the event of damage to the items, buyer is responsible to process a claim through the third party carrier, We can assure that the package leaves our facility appropriately packaged. 

4. PICKUP 

You are responsible to pick up items within 72 hours of the closed auction.

If items are not picked up, you will be subject to a 10% daily fee of the total purchase price until the item(s) are removed, unless an existing arrangement is in place. 

5. BUYERS PREMIUM

We charge an 18% buyers premium added to the price bid for all merchandise. For example, if you're the winning bidder for $100.00, you would pay $118.00 plus 6.5% sales tax unless tax exempt.

6. SALES TAX 

All purchases are subject to Florida State sales tax unless you are a dealer purchasing for the purpose of resale. If you are a dealer you must have your current Florida resale certificate on file.
